Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all locations within India and to international destinations worldwide. International shipments are subject to applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees, and local regulations.

⚠️All customs duties, import taxes, clearance and brokerage fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cave Art Studios is not liable for delays, seizures, returns, or additional costs arising from customs processes.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery within India is estimated at 4–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances. International delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout.

Shipping Charges

All shipments are handled by Shiprocket and its authorized logistics partners. Shipping charges are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the following factors. No fixed flat rate or free shipping is offered.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across eligible locations in India at no additional charge.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. Order tracking is also available on our website using your Order ID.


Transit Issues

In case of transit-related issues, we handle each scenario as follows:

Delayed Delivery — We will inform you of the reason and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

Lost Shipment — A full refund will be processed following confirmation of loss from the courier.

Damaged Package — Replacement will be arranged at our expense. Report visible damage with clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns & Replacement

Return Window

Returns are accepted within five (5) days from the date of delivery for non-defective items — including change of mind or preference — provided the product is returned in its original, unopened, unused condition with all original seals, tags, accessories, packaging materials, documentation, and invoice intact.

For defective, damaged, missing, or non-conforming products, you are entitled to a return, replacement, or refund within 5–7 days of delivery — even if opened — provided the issue is reported promptly with supporting evidence (photographs or video).


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs vary depending on the reason for return:

How to Initiate a Return

Include your Order ID, photographs of the product and packaging, and your reason for return

We will acknowledge within 48 hours and provide return instructions

Ship the product back within the timeframe communicated in our instructions

Replacement & Refund Eligibility

Replacement is offered for defective, damaged, or missing items — subject to stock availability. Refund is not available for opened, non-defective products.

If a returned opened product is found to have missing or damaged components attributable to user misuse, refund or replacement will not be processed.

Cancellation & Refund

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch at no charge. Cancellation after dispatch is not permitted.

No cancellation charges apply for consumer-initiated cancellations before dispatch, per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days from approval — following receipt of the returned product or cancellation confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Disputes are first addressed through our internal grievance process. Contact the Grievance Officer as detailed in the Terms of Use / Privacy Policy. Escalation is available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
